Travelodge by Wyndham Brandon

Hotel and staff were great. Other characters visiting were interesting. We did have a pretty noisy room with the people above being up until 4am. The AC unit did great at being white noise, however, so I didn't have any issue sleeping although others in our group did.

My first time at the Travelodge, It was clean and parking was great. Very courteous employees who were willing to help with my accommodations, while they were with Red Cross helping with families relocated from the forest fires. I had the best sleep ever. Thank you.

Everything was great!!! Staff was outstanding , room was very clean and comfortable. Pool area was warm, cozy and again very clean. Thank you we will be back!!

Always a great stay! Front desk staff always pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping staff always eager to help when they can with a smile. Maintenance staff are great too! Once even climbed through my hatch to unlock my car after locking my keys in it! Will be returning. Hoping soon to see the pool up and running again.

We were in Brandon for a horse show at the Keystone Center - Our room was on the bottom floor, and we had our own outside entrance which was awesome. we were right around the corner from the pool - which had a great slide we had the pool room to ourselves most of the time. They have tried to update the rooms, it was clean, and comfortable. There were long term renters & Wildfire evacuee's in the hotel. We had a family above us who sounded like a heard of elephants most of the time. Housekeeping checked our room every day and made sure we had fresh water, shampoo, towels ect. which was nice. We stayed monday - friday & by thursday night some of the long term renters were getting a little rowdy outside our door. But all in all it was a good stay.

Rooms are updated and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Baseball boys made use of the pool, hot tub and waterside for hours each night. Love the main floor outside entry to my room. Would 100% stay here again. Chicken chef, bar and vendor on site (ball dads loved that). Andrews field out back, we were able to watch a ball game from our room!

Full disclosure, I was nervous about staying at this hotel after reading some of the reviews. I didn't book it, and it was part of a group travel block so I felt stuck. Truth is, the stay was pretty good! Yes, it's a budget hotel... don't come here expecting Egyptian cotton. Yes, they have a pool... so the hallway might smell like pool if you're close to the pool. Yes, there are some parts of the building that are showing age and use. That said, the room was comfortable, I felt safe at all times, the shower had great water pressure, and the staff members I interacted with were helpful, kind, and professional. Our room was quite warm and the thermostat didn't seem to be solving the issue, so we opened a window. Problem solved. It's obvious the management is making an attempt to solve some of the problems this property has faced in the past, and it seems like they're making progress.
